Poker, Frenchies, Colombia and some crazy thinking about life and stuff by your host: Flak

Welcome Home - M
Hey what’s up guys ?
So here I am, back again, long time no see ^^
Today I got the day off from work, wanted to play poker all day, but yesterday I was in a real sick party and this morning all I want to do is puke lol. So I decided that since I m not in a good shape to play poker I’ll be a good boy and get my blog updated once for all ^^
I have been a little busy lately (I suppose not only lately but the whole year), studying, working, going out on holidays and back on working again… so the number of hands I’ve been playing, since my last entry is pretty lower than I’d wish. I’ve played 23K hands of CG in 5 months which is pretty lousy if you want to advance on this game. I’ve finally move on from the NL10 after 19K hands and a mediocre PTBB of 1.68. If you look at my overall and positional stats they aren’t really too bad, but saying that is a downswing and a matter of variance would be just too easy. I pretty much think that the mayor leak of my game at that point (and I keep working on it) was that I’m not aggressive enough; and the money I should be winning by value betting, doesn’t compensate the money I loose “station” calling…
Now I’ve been playing NL25 SH not for so long, and I’m right now practically breaking even on that game (-0.09 PTBB) on 7K hands, but I’m not disappointed. Usually when I move up, I go very on red and then up, and by now I’ve been mostly positive, and a little negative, so I suppose it would go better by the time I get adapted to the game. For NL25 FR is another story. The game is so soft I couldn’t believe WCGRider didn’t destroyed the game (I’m just kidding I know it was a sick bet he made ^^)

So for my CG the PTBB is a lousy 3.58 for this last 5 months, but since it is positive I don’t care too much. I’m playing over rolled and I’m just learning the game anyways ^^
In the other hand, the SNG’s and MTTs stats ain’t very bad, but still I didn’t played a lot. I played 85 of them for a combined ROI of 26.6%, not a lot but just ok.

The biggest cash was in a $20 tourney, finishing second for +/- $700, after a horrible HU’s (I virtually let a donk take the 1st place =/)
And these last 5 months gave us the following overall stats:
CG:

MTT and SNG:

So there you got some quick news, just an update, but I’m looking forward to play more hands this summer and keeping you all informed ^^
c-ya on the tables =P
